How much do you charge?

What topics do you offer?
Tracy leads a wide range of training programs, and she is also a speaker who can speak on many personal and professional development topics. How long are your sessions?
For training, Tracy recommends one- to two-hour sessions because we learn better when information is presented and then we are able to apply new knowledge and practice it for ourselves. Breaking a training program up into a few one- to two-hour sessions provides attendees the chance to learn and then apply knowledge more effectively. For coaching, Tracy offers both one-on-one as well as group sessions with clients.
