Decluttering Part 2: Digital Clutter

Digital Clutter In the five decades I’ve spent on this planet, technology just keeps making life easier. We no longer need to unfold that huge map in the car when trying to find our vacation destination (thank goodness). Wondering what the outside temp is? No need to walk out the front door, look in today’s…

Decluttering Part 1: Physical Clutter

Clutter from All the Stuff I think we can all agree we have too much stuff. For the few who may not be in agreement, here are some startling statistics from becomingminimalist.com: Storage units are part of a billion-dollar industry. The average American home holds 300,000 items. 25 percent of people with two-car garages don’t…

What People Are Saying

I consider today’s seminar on improving my communication skills to be one of the very best seminars I have attended since I began my working career over twenty years ago.  Tracy Bianco, the program leader, was wonderful!  The class was extremely well-organized, stayed on schedule and had, in my opinion, just the right mix of slides, videos, exercises and interaction with others.   I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be a better person (and learn good communication skills).

I’d like to express my thanks to Tracy Bianco to let her know she is a phenomenal trainer.  When Tracy is speaking, you can see how passionate she is about her work.  She was very professional throughout the entire day with her presentation.  She is also very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding.  I was very pleased with this class and the trainer and hope to attend more of Tracy’s sessions in the coming year.

Tracy was able to engage participants in meaningful and relevant dialogue, and the information was presented in a well-thought-out manner based on the diversity of participants. I enjoyed my time and learned a lot. Thank you, Tracy!

One thing I really liked is that Tracy seemed to get to know each attendee and then used relevant examples for what each of us do. I haven’t always had that and was very appreciative.

Tracy kept everyone engaged throughout the day. Even those that didn’t appear to want to be present were enjoying themselves throughout the day. Tracy’s overall style is positive, light-hearted, and dynamic. I’ve attended many training seminars over the years, but I realized at the end of this seminar day, I had many more takeaways than I normally have, and I believe it’s due to Tracy’s very effective style.
