Meet Bright Side Training Solutions.
Bright Side Training Solutions was founded in 2013 by its CEO, Tracy Bianco. Since then, Bright Side Training Solutions has been the vehicle through which Tracy has helped hundreds of people change their lives. The result of working hard with Bright Side Training Solutions’ help is a permanent shift in the way Bright Side’s clients view the world. They move from feeling as if there’s a piece to the puzzle missing to feeling satisfied and as if fulfilling their greatest potential is now a possibility.
The mission at Bright Side Training Solutions is to help people become the best versions of themselves through learning to become the leaders of their own lives.
That learning begins with uncovering core attributes and values and with understanding how those affect intuitive responses. Understanding the what, why, and how of who you are is the first step. Then, identifying how your intuitive behavior influences your daily life is the next step.
Understand Purpose and Passion.
Those who have tapped into their purpose and passion are those who go home at the end of the day feeling content. They feel purpose-driven and fulfilled. Why is it some people feel this way while others feel a little lost or as if there must be a better way to live? Because they’ve tapped into what makes them uniquely them.
But people don’t wake up one day to discover that they’ve got it all figured out, as if they have unlocked their best possible life while they slept. It takes work and effort. Someone who has not tapped into his/her strengths and values is the person who is left feeling as if there must be more to life. This is the person who struggles in his/her career and in life. Often, these are the individuals who find themselves feeling overly stressed and anxious.
What if this person could change his/her response to stress, though? What if instead of seeing stress as a threat that warrants a reaction, he/she now see it as a challenge to overcome? That’s the best part—this can happen. We can learn to change our response to stress.
“Imagine changing the lens through which you view your daily life. Instead of the negatives of a situation taking up your view, you can focus on the bright side.” — Tracy Bianco, CEO of Bright Side Training

Hear from Tracy Bianco.
“I’m Tracy Bianco, the CEO of Bright Side Training Solutions. Early on in life, I learned the value of soft skills. Soft skills are the skills we need to help us communicate effectively in any given situation. As the seventh of eight kids in my family, effective communication was vital to living harmoniously. And that hasn’t changed. We all need soft skills in order to allow us to achieve all we want in life.
I work with my clients to uncover their unique behaviors, motivators, and strengths. The purpose behind the process is to help those clients realize that they are the leaders of their own lives.
We are in the driver’s seat of our own life, and learning how to communicate most effectively for any given situation makes the drive so much smoother.
Tracy has a Heart for Helping.
She began her professional life as an elementary school teacher, working with third and fourth graders for 12 years. While she was a teacher, she saw the importance of soft skills – effective communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, time management, and leadership development, just to name a few.
Next, Tracy began working in the legal industry. When she began in 2001, the firm employed three people. Over the next ten years, the firm grew to employ approximately 50 people and acquire two businesses and two locations, covering two states. Tracy was instrumental in her position in managing the growing pains that came with each growth spurt. Again, she saw over and over the importance of soft skills in the workplace and the role communication played in each coworker’s personal satisfaction.
After 12 years working in an industry that was often discourteous and always fast-paced, Tracy felt as if she had lost a part of herself. She needed to get back to what she was best at—helping others make meaningful strides in personal development.
So, she went back to school. She earned her Professional Coach Certification through Professional Coach Academy. She is affiliated with Certified Coaches Federation and certified in the use of the Advanced Insights Profile. Additionally, Tracy holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education. And this means that Tracy has the knowledge, skills, experience, and heart to help a wide range of clients take control of their life.
Tracy’s hard-work ethic has been evident throughout her life. She married her husband Jim at age 18 with college looming. She worked hard and persevered and by age 23, she had three children and her bachelor’s degree. Her master’s wasn’t far behind. Driven by purpose to create the life she wanted, Tracy gained a unique perspective on finding the bright side to challenging situations.
She approaches her work with a teacher’s heart and a businesswoman’s mind. Every client Tracy has is important to her. She sees each opportunity as an honor, and she puts a great deal of time and planning into each client success story.
