What topics do you offer?
Tracy leads a wide range of training programs, and she is also a speaker who can speak on many personal and professional development topics. A few of those topics include personal accountability, conflict management, emotional intelligence, critical discussions, time management, dealing with difficult people, and much more. How long are your sessions?
For training, Tracy recommends two- to three-hour sessions because we learn better when information is presented and then we are able to apply new knowledge and practice it for ourselves. Breaking a training program up into a few two- to three-hour sessions provides attendees the chance to learn and then apply knowledge more effectively. For coaching, Tracy offers both one-on-one as well as group sessions with clients. Programs run from eight to twelve weeks in length.
Why do we need this type of training?
Each training program is designed to empower attendees to understand that they have control over their life and choices, and it encourages them to be the best version of themselves. These benefits carry over into every aspect of their lives, including their role as an employee. Businesses will see the difference in their bottom line as their customers are more satisfied with service, and their employees are more engaged in their role as an employee.
Is Tracy a life coach or a business coach?
Tracy is a personal and professional development coach and trainer focused on helping her clients harness the power of understanding their values, attributes, and modifying any intuitive behavior that is no longer serving them well.
How does Tracy help people in her role as a coach?
She helps people rewrite the “stories” that have held them back both personally and professionally. She does so by following a process that has shown over and over to help individuals become the leaders of their life. The process starts with a three-part assessment.
